Great pair of team-signed National League baseballs features the 1975 L.A. Dodgers and the 1985 New York Mets. Legendary manager Walter Alston and fellow HOFer Don Sutton are among the Dodgers who signed this Feeney Spalding ball along with the great infield of Garvey, Lopes, Russell and Cey. HOF catcher Gary Carter is featured on the 1985 Mets signed Feeney Rawlings ball. Please see our website description for details about these items. Alston signed across the sweet spot along with the notation “Dodger Ball Team” above his autograph and “1975” below it. Mota signed in red across the bottom of the Spalding logo followed by Lopes, Russell, Paciorek (also in red ink), and Rau. The other three panels are signed in order by: Wynn, Messersmith, Crawford, Rhoden, Hooton, and Downing; Yeager, McMullen, Vernon, Lee, Adams, Sutton, and Cey; Garvey, Wall, Hough, John, and Powell.
Mets manager Davey Johnson signed on the sweet spot. Rick Aguilera signed across the Rawlings logo followed by Backman, Wilson, Paciorek, Strawberry, Gorman, and Lynch. The other three panels were signed in order by: Stottlemyre, McDowell, Hurdle, Hernandez, Gardenhire, Bowa, and Sisk; Leach, Pavlick, Hoscheit, Harrelson, Johnson, Reynolds, and (unidentified); Carter, Robinson, Foster, Santana, Orosco, and Staub.
