Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/1/2011
This 1994 Sacramento Gold Miners gamer was worn by safety Jason Wallace. The CFL’s first American-based team, the Gold Miners made their debut the previous season and were joined in 1994 by three new U.S. teams. Wallace’s white #24 game-worn jersey has Starter CFL tagging on the left front tail with a size 46 flag tag on the right edge. A “94” season patch is sewn-on to the left. Plenty of wear is plain to see on this gamer from the Gold Miners’ last season in Sacramento before the franchised relocated to become the San Antonio Texans. Game wear shows in marks on the right shoulder and left shoulder, which also displays some red paint transfer. The heat-pressed vinyl numbers on the front display marks/flaking.
