Let's dive right into the crease of this collection of goalie greats paper ephemera! Firstly, four vintage black and white photographs from the famed Turofsy Studios with subject matter including two on-ice images of 1947 game action between the Leafs and the visiting Bruins and Wings, paired with individual studio shots of Hall-of-Fame netminder Turk Broda and Sugar Jim Henry. Also included is a 1937 wire photograph of Dave Kerr of the Rangers, complete with a write-up and markings on the verso. Next, an ancient 8x10" photo captures an outdoor game featuring members of the Minneapolis Millers with netminder Tiny Thompson and future NHLers Rusty Crawford, Cooney Weiland with coach Lloyd Turner. Six more goalie-related paper items round out the lot. Also included are a signed original photo of William "Legs" Fraser from 1951 and his 1951 Laval Dairy card issue, graded PSA VG 3. More items include a 1948 PCHL game program in excellent condition, signed on the cover by Bev Bentley, a 1953 color Training Camp photo of Bev Bentley of the Rangers in studio folio, a program from Ken Dryden's jersey retirement night in 2007 and a wearable paper Ken Dryden goalie mask, handed out to attendees in the arena during the ceremony to retire Dryden's number.
