This Dudley "Red" Garrett Memorial Trophy was presented to Pierre Mondou as the AHL's outstanding rookie during the 1975-76 season. Mondou, who was drafted 15th overall by Montreal in 1975, had 34 goals and 77 points in his pro debut with the Nova Scotia Voyageurs and went on to win three Stanley Cups with the Canadiens. Please see our website description for more information about this substantial trophy, which remains in beautiful condition overall and comes with an LOA. The trophy stands 19” tall overall and weighs 12 1/2 lbs., with a 13 1/2" tall copper-colored cup displaying the AHL logo on the front and a skating hockey player statue on top. The 14 3/4" x 7 1/2" wood base stands 5 1/2" tall with a plaque with the trophy's and Mondou’s names, team and season on the front.
