One of the very few hockey greats to play in the NHL as a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, Guy Lafleur had already been bestowed the game's greatest individual honor when he made his remarkable comeback in the late 1980s and early 1990s with the New York Rangers and Quebec Nordiques. Offered here is the Flower's Hockey Hall of Fame induction ring, a beauty that was made for Lafleur recently. It is essentially identical to the original ring that was presented to the Montreal Canadiens legend when he was admitted to the Hall in 1988 less than four years after his stunning first retirement with five Stanley Cups, three Art Ross trophies, two Hart trophies, and the 1977 Conn Smythe Trophy to his credit. This simple, yet gorgeous, size 9 1/2 bauble features the original HOF logo on the tableau detailed in green, white and red enamel paint within a black ring encircling the bezel. "June 1988" is engraved inside the band which also displays a "14K" stamp. With light wear in the form of scratches not apparent to the naked eye, this fabulous and understated Hall of Fame ring is a fabulous memento representing the zenith of Guy Lafleur's career.
