Silver-plate two-piece ice bucket presented by the NHL to Jean-Guy Talbot as a member of the League Champion Montreal Canadiens in 1961-62. The Habs claimed the Prince of Wales Trophy with with 42 wins and 95 points during the regular season, 13 more than the second place Maple Leafs, who went on to win the Stanley Cup. "National Hockey League Champions, 1961-62, Club de Hockey Canadien Inc., Jean Guy Talbot" is elegantly engraved on the front of the two-handled bowl. This magnificent NHL championship ice bucket stands 8" tall with its lid, which measures 7 1/2" in diameter. Beautifully preserved with easily cleanable tarnish. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
