Golf legend Bobby Jones has placed a dedicated signature in his 1960 "Golf Is My Game" book. "For Roy Burns, Robert T. Jones Jr." reads the black ink autograph above Bobby's full name on the title page inside the front cover. The book comes with a "Robert Tyre Jones Jr., Attorney" business card with Bobby's Poplar Street address in Atlanta. Jones, who died in 1971, competed as an amateur golfer throughout his entire career, dominated competitive golf in the 1920s. Despite earning his living by practicing law, he won the U.S. Open four times and the British Open three. He retired in 1930 at the age of 28 after completing a Grand Slam that year by claiming the British and U.S. Amateur titles in addition to both the British and U.S. Open tournaments. The inaugural winner of the James E. Sullivan Award in 1930 as the United States' outstanding amateur athlete, Jones was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame posthumously in 1974. Comes with an LOA.
