The image of Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux embracing in celebration of their game winning goal over Russia at the 1987 Canada Cup is one of hockey's most memorable visuals. Fan favorite middleweight Wendel Clark wore this red uniform as a member of Team Canada during the pre-tournament games leading up to the international tournament. The rubberized white demi-leaf rises up from the waist with two more leaves screened onto the arms. Clark's name is sewn onto a plate above the tackle twill "17" and he added a bold black marker sig to the number. Tagged in the neck by Maska Air-Knit with CCM embroidered on the lower back hem. Lighter game use with a few solid black and stick marks and some material pulls. This keeper is photo-matched to a mark going over the seam at the right shoulder and a digital image of the match will accompany the lot. [red] Addendum; Jersey is photo-matched to a mark going over the seam at the left shoulder, not on the right shoulder as previously stated.[/red]
