Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/29/2011
Hall of Fame defenseman Raymond Bourque has signed the now-bare blade of his Sher-Wood game-used stick. Ray has placed a bold black marker autograph towards the toe of the blade, which had his original tape job removed. The perennial All-Star’s nicely-worn white tape job remains intact on the knob. “Bourque 77” is factory printed in white on the front of the shaft of this black wood Sher-Wood PMPX 9950 gamer, with “Handcrafted Exclusively for RAYMOND BOURQUE 77” in white on the back of the shaft. Blue paint transfer shows low on the front of the shaft of this crack-free beauty of a signed Bourque gamer.
