On-ice official Wayne Mundey picked up a number of game pucks as souvenirs over the course of his career working the lines and refereeing in the pros. This lot of 52 pucks includes two wood plaques, each with 20 pucks from the WHA and NHL, respectively. Each of the 40 pucks is individually attached from the reverse with a screw and can be easily removed. WHA plaque with Golden Blades, Vancouver Blazers and Stags pucks features Nordiques, Toros, Sharks and Aeros Biltrite slugs with raised "Made in Canada" lettering on their screened faces. Rubberized crests are featured on Racers, Roadrunners, Fighting Saints, Stingers, Bulls, Spurs (pieces missing), and AHL Golden Eagles pucks. Rounding out the plaque are Mariners and Crusaders gold lettering pucks, along with the Kansas City Blues, New England Whalers, Oilers and Jets. NHL plaque features Converse rubber crested Canadiens, Islanders, Blues, Bruins, Flyers, Black Hawks, Sabres, Kings, Flames, North Stars, Rangers, Canucks, Red Wings and Oakland Seals, along with Southern League, 1974 Team Canada pucks and WHA Crusaders pucks. Seven NHL game pucks are featured in a loose dozen, including a rubber-crested Colorado Rockies Viceroy, a 1989 All-Star Game puck, a battered Sharks Trench puck, an NHL 75th anniversary puck, a pair of Stanley Cup centennial pucks from 1992-93, and a Devils InGlasCo. The pucks are in a variety of conditions so please contact us for more detailed information. Comes with Wayne Mundey's signed LOA.
