Andy Moog & Sean Burke shared the duties in net for the Canadian National Team during the 1987-88 season leading up to the Calgary Winter Olympics and the boys played a full schedule of over 70 games to prepare for the run for the medals. Offered here is the uniform worn by Ken Yaremchuk during the 1988 Games in Calgary. The shirt is a CCM airknit with all crests, numbers and letters sewn on. An embroidered CCM crest on the rear hem has been covered with a patch of red tackle twill, obviously to comply with advertising guidelines. Canada received a fine of $100,000 for refusing to wear uniforms made by Tackla at the Games. Collar tagging is by Maska with a size "50" noted in ballpoint. Obvious game use with a dozen stick marks on each arm with about 50 more smaller marks and scuffs on the lower front.
