Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/29/2011
Team-issued Montreal Canadiens uniform, crested up for longtime National Hockey League blueliner Chris Chelios, obviously intended for use during the 1989 Stanley Cup Final with the rare patch but most likely never worn. The shirt is very crisp and it retains the original folding marks. Still, a very rare style jersey from the '89 finals with that desirable patch. Tagged in the neck by Maska Ultrafil in size 52, according to the ballpoint ink notation. no visible game wear to note.
