Wonderful item is a signed first edition of Frank Selke's 1962 "Behind the Cheering" book. Selke, who died in 1985, placed a dedicated signature along the top of the first title page inside the front cover of his book. "To Charles Fournier: Our good friend who has made our games so pleasant by his loyalty and kindness. Frank J. Selke, Les Canadiens 1963" is nicely penned in blue ballpoint featuring a marvelous autograph from the legendary general manager who won nine Stanley Cups with Toronto and Montreal and was inducted into the builder's category of the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1960. Hardcover first edition of the book retains its original dustcover featuring a picture of Maurice "Rocket" Richard scoring his unforgettable 1952 playoff goal against Boston's Sugar Jim Henry. Comes with an LOA.
