A tantalizing piece here to excite "Tall Boy" and uncut sheet enthusiasts alike, this second series sheet from Topps' ever-popular 1964-65 hockey card issue is reportedly one of only two known and is highlighted by the row of cards smack dab in the middle of the nine-row affair. Check'em out - the eleven coveted and often times elusive short-printed cards are right there, side-by-side-by side! From left to right, Rousseau, Paille, Maki, Horton All-Star, Williams, Hicke, Villemure, Pilote, Mikita All-Star, Dornhoefer and Nesterenko sure look cool all together in a row! There are then two each of all second series cards, one each above and below the short prints, if you follow. Man, is it fun to look and look at this baby. Now then, as for the condition, there are creases and edge wear, there are three small areas along the left border that are missing, there is some scotch tape covering two small edge tears (six inches of tape along the bottom edge, two in the upper border), as well as three inches of tape above the Gadsby card in the upper right corner, but so what! There's also tape to mention (front and back) repairing a one-inch tear in the Bobby Hull All-Star card above the Nesterenko SP and three inches of tape along the bottom edge near the right corner. Card backs are clean, without any paper loss. It's a little difficult to describe the creases but we can say that they weren't too obvious when this piece arrived at our offices in a frame. We can ascertain that the sheet will be an absolutely wonderful display that will render its new owner extremely proud. Please call if any more specifics are required about this fantastic treasure.
