Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/29/2011
Scarce Parkhurst cards are of the "green back" variety that were found in boxes of cereal and highlighted by a crease-free EX example of Doug Harvey's card #45. "Lum Stops Boom-Boom" (#70) is creased and VG, while the two others technically grade lower. Card #69-Hugh Beat Hodge is without creases and appears EX but is brought down by a pinhole (in the middle of the crowd), while 43-Geoffrion has two rather light creases and some back damage in the way of a touch of glue and blue paper. Interesting foursome for those working on a Quaker Oats set.
