Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/29/2011
Great lot of Vincent Damphousse's game-used Montreal Canadiens equipment is from the former Habs captain's personal collection. The lot comes with a Habs equipment bag, which Vinny has signed inside on the reverse of the empty plastic jersey number sleeve. "Damphousse" is stamped on the front of the shaft of Vinny's Koho Revolution wood stick which displays nice game use and retains his tape jobs on the knob and blade. Vinny has placed black marker autographs on the thumb protectors of each glove of his Sher-Wood 9950 pair in Habs colors. He has signed each of four elbow pads among the two Jofa 5066 pairs included here, as well as the top of the plastic protector on the right shoulder of his Jofa shoulder pads with Gerry Cosby tagging on each cuff. Vinny has signed the front of his Canadiens toiletry kit with his #25 card in the plastic sleeve in the side and a case with a moulded mouth guard inside. Rounding out the lot are a pair of his game-used red Canadiens hockey socks and a size large Canadiens wool sweater with a beautiful triple felt CH crest on the front. Vincent Damphousse's signed LOA accompanies this lot.
