A veteran of the Czechoslovakian "Extraliga" at age 26 and perennial top-scorer (a league-high 29 goals in '69-70), Vaclav Nedomansky and his Czech national team placed third at the 1970 World Championships in Stockholm, finishing behind the Soviet Union and Sweden. With 10 goals and seven assists in 10 games, Nedomansky was selected to the tournament all-star team. His bronze medal exhibits spots of tarnish to the left of "1970" but is otherwise in immaculate condition, while the brown velvet-lined box is EX+. Obtained directly from "Big Ned", this splendid international hockey award will be accompanied by his signed letter of authenticity.
