Defenceman Eric Weinrich never got the opportunity to wear this team issued Chicago Black Hawks alternate jersey because he was traded to the Montreal Canadiens early in the 1998-99 season. This black jersey comes along with a letter of authenticity from the Black Hawks signed by Bob Pulford stating that it is from the team's official set for the second half of the 1998-99 season, and "98 x 2" is written in black marker on the back of the NHL logo embroidered on the tail. The Nike size 54, NHL Center Ice Authentic and Made in Canada tags remain in the neck. This fantastic alternate jersey features the gorgeous and colorful Black Hawks crest on the front. The fight strap remains, along with the laundry and size 54 tag inside the left seam.
