Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/16/2010
The legendary King Clancy was starring with the Toronto Maple Leafs when this card issued by Hamilton Gum hit the market in 1933. Superior example is the fourth highest Clancy ever graded by PSA, which slabbed it EX-MT+ 6.5. Out of 32 submissions of similar Clancy cards, there have been only one "9" and two "8"s in front of this treasure. Card ranks second only to Howie Morenz in terms of value in the '33-34 Hamilton Gum 21-card set. You'll be proud to add it to your pre-war graded stash!
