Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2010

Formidable 1970s Detroit Red Wings game worn #21 jersey will surely tempt Red Wings collectors. Danny Grant wore the number during each of his four seasons with Detroit, including his 50-goal campaign in his Red Wings debut in 1974-75. Ron Stackhouse wore #21 for the three seasons prior to Grant's arrival. This white Rawlings durene Red Wings gamer retains its original size 50 Rawlings tagging in the neck. Garter-style fight strap is intact. The embroidered Red Wings crest sewn on the front exhibits fading and wear on the left edge of the winged wheel. Faded spots dot the "2" in the twill #21 sewn on the back. Lots of great game use is obvious and includes a few circular team repairs and some possible dried blood on the front. A great opportunity to pick up a cool 1970s Red Wings gamer.
