Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2010

Bobby Orr and Don Cherry have both signed the limited edition framed photo offered here. With Grapes making his Bruins coaching debut, Orr enjoyed his last great season in 1974-75. He won his second Art Ross Trophy with 46 goals and 135 points while extending his Norris Trophy streak to eight in a row. After finishing second in the Adams Division in Cherry's debut behind the bench, the Bruins took the division title four years in a row and made it to the Stanley Cup final twice, all without Orr and Esposito. This framed and signed limited edition 20" x 16" photo of Cherry standing behind Orr on the Bruins' bench is numbered 129 of 199. Orr has added his #4 to his blue sharpie signature. Cherry has signed in silver sharpie. Classy black frame measures 31 1/2" x 25 1/2" and features silver colored plaque set within black-white-and-silver matte that quotes Cherry on Orr's last scoring championship and comes with a Frameworth COA.
