Former Canadian national junior team captain Kyle Chipchura used this cool Nike Bauer composite stick. Chipchura was Montreal's first-round pick in 2004, drafted 18th overall, and he went on to help lead Canada to a gold medal two years later at the World Junior Championships in Vancouver. Chipchura debuted with the Canadiens in 2007-08 and contributed four goals and seven assists in 36 games. His #28 is written in black marker on the bottom of the white tape job on the top of the shaft that has "K. Chipchura" printed in black letters in a grey oval on the front of the shaft. Chipchura's black tape job on the blade of this Bauer One90 composite remains intact.
