This Koho Revolution wood stick is an Esa Tikkanen gamer from the latter stage of the Finnish forward's NHL career. A four-time Stanley Cup champion with Edmonton, Tikkanen added a fifth Cup in 1994 along with former Oilers teammates such as Messier, Lowe and Graves ' to name just a few ' when they helped the New York Rangers end a 54-year championship drought. Tikkanen went on to play for St. Louis, New Jersey, Vancouver and Florida before making one last trip to the finals with Washington in 1998. This Koho beauty has "Tikkanen" stamped on the front of the shaft just beneath the heavily-taped stick handle that the Finn had tapered to make the butt end much thinner than the rest of the shaft. White stick tape is covered with well-worn blue grip tape on the butt end, and Tikkanen's black tape job covering the toe of the stick remains intact. A fantastic gamer from a champion who contributed 72 goals and 132 points in 186 playoff games overall.
