Original 1950 Montreal Canadiens Jean Beliveau signed letter, member of the Hockey Hall of Fame. This 2 pages letter measures 5 1\2 inches by 7 1\2 inches and is dated November 26th, 1950. Included in this lot is a manuscript section and a type section both signed by Jean Beliveau when he was still playing with the Quebec As prior to his professional debut. The content of this letter is in response concerning his professional career and his desire to play for Montreal Canadiens and was sent to Mr. Dion editorialist at Le Soleil newspaper in Quebec city. It is entirely written in French. The signature and the letter is written with a black fountain pen. Condition of the letter is EX + + and the signatures are very clean and clear. Overall it stands out beautifully and would certainly make a great addition in any Hockey or vintage sports memorabilia collection.
