This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2009
This complete collection of all 105 cards from the 1951-52 Parkhurst set is made up entirely of lower grade cards as rated by PSA. The #9 Calum MacKay rookie card is the highest graded card in the set with an Excellent-5. The #3 Bouchard, #28 Dumart, # 72Meeker, and #86 Kennedy are among the 10 cards in the set rated Very Good-3, with the rest of the set all of lower grade, including the #4 Maurice Richard rookie card, which is graded Fair-1.5 with a crease through the middle and rounded edges to note. The #61 Terry Sawchuk rookie card is graded Poor-1, with extensive creasing throughout, among other flaws. The #66 Gordie Howe rookie card is also graded Poor-1 due to creasing and rounded edges. All the same, this complete set of Parkies is an opportunity to put together one of the most sought-after sets in the hobby.
