The #5 sewn onto each sleeve is red and black double cloth, and Kucera's surname is spelled out in individual white cloth letters sewn onto a red cotton nameplate. The #5 sewn onto the back along with "Sparta" and "CKD Praha" are the same white and black double cloth material as the crest on the front. The jersey has its original laundry instruction symbols fly tag sewn into the neck and a couple of small slashing cuts on the front of the right shoulder just beside the v-neck collar to note. Kucera made the jump to North America in 1990-91 and made his NHL debut with Chicago.
