Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction - June 2009
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2009
These seven hockey sticks come from Yvon Lambert’s collection. Lambert’s 1983 Calder Cup teammates such as Robertson and Cunneyworth have signed the back of the shaft of his Koho gamer factory stamped March 8, 1983. A vintage straight-blade Victoriaville hockey stick has black vinyl tape over grey tape on its cracked blade and $2.25 written in black marker on the top of the shaft. A white Canadien 6001 Lambert gamer has its original black tape on the blade. To note, the back of its shaft has a long crack and the end of the blade is chipped. A Russian hockey stick is covered with signatures from the blade to the butt end of the shaft. "Lemaire 25" is stamped on a white Sher-Wood, a white Canadien 6001 has "YVON" written in black marker and "Martin" stamped on the shaft, and a Koho Revolution stick has No. 11 on it. Lambert’s signed LOA accompanies this lot.
