This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2009
This prestigious trophy, in memory of former NHL President Clarence Campbell, is awarded annually to the players and staff of the Championship team in the conference bearing his name. This example was presented by the National Hockey League to Oilers massage therapist Stu Poirier after an exciting playoff run in 2005-06 that saw the Oilers capture the Campbell Conference and go on to an exciting seven-game series in the Stanley Cup Finals against the Carolina Hurricanes. Engraved into one side of the silver plate cup is "Clarence S. Campbell Bowl, 1968" with "Stewart Poirier, Edmonton Oilers, 2005-06" on the other. Brown felt covers the bottom of the wood base, with manufacturer’s decal. In excellent-plus condition. From the personal collection of Stu Poirier with an accompanying letter of authenticity.
