This vintage paper-on-cardstock picture of the Winnipeg Victorias captures the victorious roster following their Stanley Cup win in 1901. The Victoria Hockey Club returned the Stanley Cup for its second stint in Winnipeg when they won both games of a two-game total goals series in Montreal against the Shamrocks. This 8" x 10" photo is nicely presented with the team title and "Champions of Canada, 1900-01" below the image along with the name of each player portrayed above in the studio pose. Noted players included Hockey Hall of Fame members Donald (Dan) Bain and Jack Marshall. In near very good condition with water staining and slight paper loss at the edges.
