Best known for his years with the Boston Bruins, as well as being one of the players who got under the skin of Maurice Richard during Boston-Montreal battles in the 1950’s, Leo Labine closed out his 16-year pro career toiling five seasons with the WHL’s Los Angeles Blades, before donning this neat durene jersey in Oldtimers’ action. A Maska tag is in the neck not far from another indicating size “44-46”. Big Canada Dry (ginger ale) crest is sewn on the front while a white tackle twill “7” and a nameplate with the “Garland” (sponsor?) name are sewn on the back. Some black marks on the sleeves to report, along with light pilling inside and out.
