A standout at the University of Wisconsin for three seasons, Justin Schultz was drafted by Anaheim in 2008 but made his NHL debut with the Edmonton Oilers following the lockout of 2012-13. The Kelowna native has since won back-to-back Stanley Cup championships with Pittsburgh. This signed stick was used by Schultz during his rookie season of 2012-13, where he scored 27 points in 48 games. A Reebok Sickick 20K model with “Schultz” factory graphics, a bar code and factory number appear along the underside, with the original black tape in place over the blade and white ribbed pattern with handwritten “19” on the front of the handle and “2” on the reverse. Light game use is exhibited on the composite stick, with wear to the taped section of blade. Schultz has added a silver ink signature over the heel section, with the signature displaying well against the black background. There is also an Oilers hologram numbered “8295” affixed to the upper shaft.
