Making an immediate impact upon joining the Los Angeles Kings in 2000-01, Felix Potvin would win 13 of his 23 contests, with his remarkable 1.96 GAA and a .919 save percentage helping lead the royals to a first-round upset of the Detroit Red Wings in the Stanley Cup playoffs. This photo-matched blocker and glove combination was worn by Potvin during the 2001-02 NHL season. Brian’s Airlite models in Kings colours, “Felix Potvin” is embroidered to each, with a Felix the Cat leather patch added to the glove. Moderate game-use is exhibited on the pair, with numerous puck marks to the face of the blocker and light wear to the palm, with a few marks to the glove along with a grey reinforcing patch added to the pocket. Hailing from his personal collection, a signed LOA from Felix Potvin will accompany.
