Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2010 after playing a total of 1232 games in his National Hockey League career with the likes of the Minnesota North Stars, Washington Capitals, Detroit Red Wings, Tampa Bay Lighting and Florida Panthers, Dino Ciccarelli would play four (4) of his nineteen (19) NHL seasons in the red and white colours of Motown, recording his 500th career goal as a Red Wing and helping them to an appearance in the 1995 Stanley Cup Finals against the New Jersey Devils. Offered here, we present this abstract portrait painting of Ciccarelli that hails from his personal collection. A beautifully large piece that measures out to approximate dimensions of 36" x 30" inches, the pieces shows Ciccarelli in an abstract art deco portrait style while competing in a game wearing the bright red sweater of the Red Wings. Vivid and gorgeous despite some dirtiness and dust on the canvas from having been displayed in "Ciccarelli's Premier Sports Club and Eatery" restaurant as well as some paint around the sides as well, the canvas material also is found to be in good condition except for small holes that were punctured into it at each corner for the purpose of mounting/display. Signed by the original unknown artist at the bottom right hand corner, the piece comes accompanied by an LOA signed by Ciccarelli.
