Widely considered one of the most reliable and steadfast blueliners the game has ever seen, Ray Bourque spent an amazing 21 seasons representing Beantown, with selection as an NHL First Team All-Star 13 times! We have a signed Bruins captain’s jersey worn by the 5-time Norris Trophy winner in 1998-99, his second last season in Boston. Starter labeling with a “56-R” size swatch sit affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Starter crests over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with the famous spoked-B team crest fully administered in tackle twill, the black V-neck has been accented with layered sleeve and verso numbers in matching material, with alternate crests over each shoulder along with the Bruins 75th anniversary crest over the right breast. Utilizing custom-shortened cuffs, the important captain’s sweater has been signed by Bourque over the second reverse “7”, with no issues for the signature. Hailing from the collection of Stephane Quintal, his signed LOA will accompany.
A few marks and fabric pulls are noticeable over the lower front band, with burns over each elbow section. There is also pilling in spots to both the interior and exterior, with team repairs over each lower sleeve.
