Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
Future HOFer Martin Brodeur signed his 2010-11 New Jersey Devils Sher-Wood game-used stick in black marker at the top of the paddle. Brodeur’s original tape jobs remain on the blade and knob, which has “Bos” handwritten in marker on the front. Originally obtained from the Tommy Plasko collection, this beauty from the NHL’s all-time leader in goalie games, wins and shutouts has a Double Deck Hockey hologram sticker affixed to the back of the shaft. Nice game wear here includes a puck gouge to the tape job on the blade and red paint transfer high on the shaft, which has a light crack beside the “Brodeur” sticker that was factory-applied. Stick is photo-matched to the October 16th 2010 game vs Boston. Comes with a COA.
