Hailing from years that saw teams such as the Dodgers, Cardinals, Orioles, Tigers, Royals, Twins and Athletics win World Series championships, offered here is this lot of that includes complete Topps baseball sets from 1981, 1982, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1988 as well as a near-complete set from 1983. All high-grade offerings for the most part that see its cards range from EX-MT to NM, the 1981 release features a damaged copy of card #71 that is worth noting for accuracy as is the fact that most of the cards making up the collection feature a very slight humidity curve. For the key cards from the earlier years, hailing from 1981 are those notables of 261-Henderson (EX-MT to NM - 2nd year card - slightly off-center), 302-Valenzuela RC (EX-MT to NM), 315-Gibson RC (EX-MT to NM) and 479-Raines RC (EX-MT to NM) while important cards from 1982 include the likes of 21-Ripken RC (EX-MT to NM) and 90-Ryan (EX-MT to NM). Also including 1983 notables of 83-Sandberg RC (EX-MT+ - tiny ding to the left border), 482-Gwynn RC (EX-MT to NM) and 498-Boggs (EX-MT to NM), the 1984 keys include 8-Mattingly RC (EX-MT to NM) and 182-Strawberry RC (EX-MT to NM) while the notables from 1985 include 181-Clemens RC (EX-MT to NM), 401-McGwire RC (EX-MT to NM - very thin factory print line), 536-Puckett RC (EX-MT to NM) and 620-Gooden RC (EX-MT to NM). With the sets from 1987, 1988 and 1989 also chalked full of stars and rookies, the other star players and rookies not mentioned above are in a condition that is consistent with the rest of the set. Of note, the 1983 set is missing card #106 of Gene Nelson and the group also includes an assumed to be complete 1989 Bowman factory set that includes the rookie of Ken Griffey Jr.
