Representing his native Finland internationally throughout his career including at the Winter Olympics and World Cup of Hockey, Aki Berg was drafted 3rd overall by Los Angeles in 1995, and played in parts of five seasons with the club. This Kings jersey was worn by Berg in 2000-01. A CCM label and size “56” fly tag grace the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom him respectively. Styled with a textured Kings team crest with embroidered detailing, the white V-neck has been accented with “5” sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Kings equipment manager Peter Millar has initialed over the inside hem, with "00/01 SI" handwritten. Game-wear includes dark marks to the front and sleeves, with board burns over each lower sleeve, with a small resulting hole over the right elbow. An LOA from the Kings will accompany along with a COR from MeiGray.
