The last Canadian team to win a Stanley Cup, the 1993 Montreal Canadiens accomplished the feat by defeating Wayne Gretzky and the Los Angeles Kings in five games. Celebrating that Cup winning squad, is this 1993 Montreal Canadiens team-signed jersey display. A customized jersey with “Stanley Cup” for the nameplate and “93” for the number, 21 members of that team have signed the back numbers in blue ink including Roy, Carbonneau, Damphousse, Muller, Savard, Bellows, LeClair and Brisebois among others. All the autographs have been signed in blue ink and display well with some bleed present around the edges. Mounted with the reverse of the jersey showing, a photo of the Habs taken after clinching the Cup has been added to the bottom of the display above a plaque listing who has signed the jersey. Canadiens logo pins flank each side of the plaque with the entirety of the piece presented under navy and red mattes while housed in an elegant black frame, with full dimensions of 41” x 43”, that displays in good condition. Additionally, six ticket stubs from Kings games in the 1993 season are also present, including a stub from Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals. A must have for any advanced Canadiens collection, the piece is accompanied by a JSA LOA. Please note that due to the size and/or weight, special shipping arrangements may be required.
