Enjoying an especially lengthy 22-season career that included being crowned a Stanley Cup champion in 2004, Dave Andreychuk holds the NHL record for most career power-play goals, with the HOF member scoring over 1,300 points. Presented here is this stick used by the bone crushing left-winger during the early-2000s with this specific model seeing use between 1999-00 and 2001-02 when Andreychuk spent time in Boston, Colorado, Buffalo and Tampa Bay respectively. A CCM Tacks 952 model, “Andreychuk” is stamped to the upper shaft with Dave’s original white tape job found over the knob (where a shaved handle is also seen) and blade while the lower shaft/heel portion is wrapped with clear tape as well (as used by Andreychuk). Exhibited game-use is heavy throughout the stick with multiple marks and tears to the taped section of the blade as well as red paint transfers seen on the upper edge. The lower shaft and heel exhibit tears to the clear tape and loose pieces while the rest of the shaft show heavy marks and abrasions.
