A standout, spending his entire career in the City of Brotherly Love and contributing greatly to the Philadelphia Flyers epic consecutive Stanley Cup championships during the mid-1970s, Bill Barber scored over 800 career points, and received enshrinement to the HOF in 1990. Using Koho model sticks throughout the majority of his NHL tenure, we offer a rarely-seen signed Sher-Wood model employed by the Callander native during the early-1980s, circa 1980-82. A Sher-Wood PMP 5030 model with “Barber” and “7” stamped to the upper shaft, “7” is also handwritten in black marker, with the original black tape to the blade and handle. Barber has added a pencil signature to the upper shaft, with this protected by a thin layer of clear tape. Sporting light to moderate game-use with a tear to the underside blade tape, there are numerous marks and residue to the shaft, with the stick remaining completely solid with no breaks.
