Formerly a star at the University of Houston, Clyde Drexler was in his fourth season with the Portland Trailblazers when rookie cards like this were first discovered in 1986-87 Fleer packs. Drexler earned the nickname "Clyde The Glide" and was a 10-time NBA All-Star in a career that landed him in the Basketball Hall of Fame. A member of Team USA's "Dream Team" at the 1992 Olympics, Drexler finished his stellar pro career back in Houston, teaming with former college teammate Hakeem Olajuwon to help the Rockets to the NBA title in '94-95. Clyde's rookie card here is offered in an older PSA holder and merited NM-MT 8 recognition, with a light ding to the top left corner to note. Among the Top 10 of RCs in Fleer's desirable '86-87 set and worthy of gliding into your big-time encapsulated hoops collection. The PSA holder has been well cared for with but a small light scuff in the upper border region to mention.
