Currently retaining the 11th spot on the all-time points list with 1,579, Ray Bourque is the NHL’s all-time goals, assists and points leader for defenseman. From the twilight of his remarkable HOF career, when he spent two seasons with the Colorado Avalanche which included his lone Stanley Cup championship, we have a signed stick used by Ray Bourque during his time in Denver (1999-00 and 2000-01). A Sher-Wood PMPX 9950 model, “Bourque 77” factory graphics appear over the upper shaft, with “Handcrafted Exclusively for Raymond Bourque” on the underside. The original black tape has been removed from the blade, with the white tape over the shaved handle in place (with three handwritten dots), with most of the striping accent intact. Light to moderate game-use is exhibited with wear to the blade and marks and abrasions to the shaft, with Bourque placing a black marker signature across the front side blade.
