Drafted by Pittsburgh and seeing action with five different NHL clubs, Colin Campbell coached after his playing days, and serves as the NHL’s Director of Hockey Operations. From his time in Vancouver, and one of the most desirable styles of NHL jerseys for collectors, we have a vintage Canucks “V-Style” sweater worn by Campbell in 1980-81. Worn Sandow and laundering labels are affixed to the collar, with a screened logo over the reverse hem, with the sweater measuring-out to roughly a size 52. Styled with an orange and black v-shaped pattern over the front, “5” is sewn to the lower sleeves and verso in single black twill, with team crests over each upper sleeve. “Campbell” also appears in single orange twill over the affixed yellow nameplate, with the dual-clasp fight strap intact. Showing nice game-use with a few marks over the front and sleeves, there is also a single material-backed team repair on the front right near the seam.
