Attending Boston College before making his NHL debut with the Bruins in 1987-88, Craig Janney was an exceptional centerman known for his soft hands. The Hartford native dressed for seven different NHL clubs throughout his career while also representing the US internationally. This signed Blues jersey was worn by Janney in 1993-94, his third of four seasons in Missouri. A Maska Airknit label and size “52” fly tag are affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and CCM logos over the reverse hem. Featuring a tackle twill Blues team crest, “15” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in stylized numerals, with “Janney” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. Sporting light to moderate game-use with marks and burns over the front and sleeves, there is also a bit of blue paint transfer over the left elbow. Janney has signed the reverse “5” in dark ink, with the signature bleeding into the background material somewhat. The team patch is also screened to the inside hem.
