Hoisting Lord Stanley’s grail with Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2016, Eric Fehr was drafted by Washington in 2003 and dressed for six NHL clubs throughout his career. From his time in Ontario, we have a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey worn by Fehr during his single contest with the club in 2016-17, photo-matched to the March 22nd contest vs Columbus. Fehr broke his left hand in the game, ending his season. A label with “58” sizing resides over the inner collar (a team store price tag is also affixed), with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, “23” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in oversized blue twill, with “Fehr” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. The jersey also sports the NHL centennial crest over the right sleeve, with “3” handwritten to the fight strap to denote third set. Sporting nicer game-use despite being worn briefly, there are a few dark marks visible along with blue paint transfer to each sleeve, with a small hole near the right elbow. Getty Image #656892518 (March 22, 2017) has been matched to the hole over the right sleeve. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a COA matching the serial number to accompany from the Leafs.
