A Stanley Cup champion with Chicago in 2013, Ben Smith first attended Boston College, and helped the Eagles win two national titles. Traded from San Jose to Toronto in February of 2016, this Leafs jersey was worn by Smith in 2016-17, where he appeared in 36 regular-season matches. A label with “56” sizing resides over the inner collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, “18” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in oversized blue twill, with “Smith” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. The jersey also sports the NHL centennial crest over the right sleeve, with “3” handwritten to the fight strap to denote third set. Sporting light game-use, the jersey exhibits a few dark marks over the sleeves. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a COA matching the serial number to accompany from the Leafs.
