A second-round draft choice of the Edmonton Oilers in 2010, Martin Marincin starred with the AHL’s Oklahoma City Barons for parts of five seasons, and has represented Slovakia internationally, including at the 2014 Winter Olympics. This Leafs jersey was worn by Marincin during the 2016-17 NHL season. A label with “56” sizing resides over the inner collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, “52” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in oversized white twill, with “Marincin” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. The jersey also sports the NHL centennial crest over the right sleeve. “2” has also been handwritten over the fight strap to denote second set. Sporting nice game-use, there are burn marks over the lower left sleeve, with a small hole just above the right cuff. Getty Image #639633804 (Jan 21, 2017) has been matched to the burn mark over the right shoulder, with the extended threading at the top right of the team crest also visible. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a COA matching the serial number to accompany from the Leafs.
