Sharing his famous brother’s cognomen with the added prefix to illustrate his diminutive stature, the “Pocket Rocket” Henri Richard spent two glorious decades in a Habs sweater, captaining the squad from 1971 until his retirement in 1975. Richard would take part in nine NHL All-Star Games throughout his career, with the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy won in 1974. This Canadiens jersey has been signed by the deceased legend, and it is accompanied by a limited-edition postcard signed by Richard, along with fellow HOFers Jean Beliveau, Gordie Howe and Mike Bossy. A Reebok model with “L” sizing, a tackle twill team crest and numbers have been utilized, with Richard signing within the reverse “1” in blue sharpie, with the signature exhibiting some bleeding into the material. Point-of-sale tags are still attached to the jersey, with just a new frame needed for display. The “Legends of the Hall” postcard hails from a Bossa Productions signing, with each autographing the postcard in blue marker in a vertical row. The limited-edition number of “6/9” is handwritten to the reverse, with just light handling exhibited.
