Known for his play-making abilities, Teuvo Teravainen won a Stanley Cup championship as a rookie with Chicago in 2015, while also representing Finland internationally at the World Championships and World Cup of Hockey. Originally sold in the Islanders’ Alumni Charity Auction held in 2019 (an auction sticker is affixed to the lower shaft), this signed stick was used by the Finnish Star in 2018-19. A Bauer Vapor model in solid black with silver and red accents/identifiers, “Teravainen” factory graphics appear over the upper shaft, with a serial number and bar code placed on the underside. Sporting the original white tape job over the handle/knob (with “86” handwritten) and blade, Teravainen has signed the front side heel in silver, with the signature presenting nicely. Exhibiting wear to the underside and taped section of blade, there are a few very small holes along the underside of the blade at the heel section, with a couple abrasions to the finish over the lower shaft. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
