The only player in history to be selected to 19 consecutive NHL All-Star contests, surpassing the second-place Wayne Gretzky with his selection in 2001, Ray Bourque masterfully won the Shooting Accuracy Competition in 1990, 1992, 1993, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001. Hailing from his personal collection, we have a stick issued to Bourque team-signed by the 1996 Eastern Conference All-Stars. A Sher-Wood PMPX 9950 model, “Bourque 77” factory graphics appear over the upper shaft, with “Handcrafted Exclusively for Raymond Bourque” on the underside. There is a production number stamped to the lower underside, with the NHL striping accent intact. “E” has been handwritten to the blade presumably for “Eastern”, with one side of the shaft whited-out, with 19 black marker signatures present including Bourque, along with Leetch, Stevens, Francis, Bondra, Alfredsson, Verbeek, LeClair, Brodeur, Vanbiesbrouck, Hamrlik, Lemieux, Schneider, Lindros, Shanahan and a few others. The signatures present nicely despite being rushed examples, with no issues for the stick. The MVP at the 1996 NHL All-Star Game, a signed LOA from Ray Bourque will accompany.
